Although SFGW is a new international workforce company, the experience behind the organisation has been built over several decades.
Our Hospitality Roots
Our journey began in the hospitality industry in Australia in 1985 with the establishment of Pron Prohm Thai Restaurant in Sydney.
Over the years, our experience expanded across restaurant and hospitality operations in Australia and the Middle East. Working directly within the industry provided first-hand understanding of what employers truly need — reliable people, appropriate skills, good work attitudes and employees who understand the demands of professional hospitality environments.
From Hospitality to Workforce Experience
Our experience later expanded into workforce services in Thailand, including working with foreign workers, employers, documentation processes and employment coordination.
This practical experience provided valuable insight into both sides of recruitment: the expectations of employers and the challenges faced by workers.

Our initial focus includes hospitality-related sectors such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering and food service, while developing workforce solutions for other industries according to employer demand.
SFGW works with employers and appropriate professional partners to support recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, screening and international workforce requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
