Hospitality Experience
A Journey That Began Long Before SFGW
My journey began long before the establishment of Stress Free Global Workforce.
In 1978, I travelled to Saudi Arabia for work, where I gained first-hand experience of the challenges faced by Thai workers living and working overseas. That experience gave me an understanding that has remained with me throughout my life: behind every worker is a person, a family and a future.
My professional journey later took me to Australia, where I entered the hospitality industry and, in 1985, established Pron Prohm Thai Restaurant in Sydney. Over the following decades, I developed and operated restaurant and hospitality businesses in Australia and the Middle East.
Working as an employer taught me an equally important lesson — successful businesses depend not only on skills, but on finding people with the right attitude, reliability and commitment.
From Employer to Workforce
After returning to Thailand, my experience expanded into workforce and employment services, working with employers and migrant workers and gaining practical knowledge of recruitment, documentation and employment coordination.
Having experienced both sides — as a worker overseas and as an employer — I understand the expectations and challenges faced by both employers and employees.
This experience became an important foundation for Stress Free Global Workforce.
Why SFGW Was Established
Stress Free Global Workforce was established with a simple purpose: to connect qualified Thai professionals with reputable international employers and to build relationships that benefit both sides.
Our role is not simply to find people to fill vacancies. We seek to understand what employers genuinely need, identify suitable candidates and support responsible, transparent and sustainable workforce solutions.
